- Hydroponically grown mulberry can be harvested in about six months, resulting in numerous soft, fibrous roots that make powdering easy and facilitate component extraction. - The composition of polyphenols significantly differs from that of white mulberry bark, with a high proportion of fat-soluble polyphenols such as prenylflavonoids, which have gained attention in recent years, and a substantial amount of antioxidant components like resveratrol.
